Sarah Gilliland
Bachelor Behavioural Science (Psych), Master Nutrition and Dietetics
Sarah has been working in the area of eating disorders since 2008. During this time Sarah has worked in eating disorder clinics across both public and private settings, including the Queensland Eating Disorder Inpatient Service, The Melbourne Clinic Eating Disorders Day Program and Private Practice.
Sarah maintains a strong client focus and aims to establish a solid therapeutic relationship with all her clients. She has a caring and compassionate approach to her nutrition counselling and provides a safe space for clients to develop a trusting relationship with food.
Sarah is passionate about helping her clients to establish a more peaceful and positive relationship with food, weight, body and self to contribute to an improved quality of life. Sarah specialises in eating disorder recovery and practices a weight inclusive, health at every size approach. Sarah is an ANZAED Eating Disorder Credentialed Dietitian.
Isobel Duncan (née Crook)
Bachelor of Health Sciences, Masters of Dietetics
Isobel is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a current practising member of Dietitians Australia. Isobel is passionate about supporting her clients to heal their relationship with food. She has worked in an acute mental health service in a large tertiary hospital in Melbourne and is currently in a Women’s Health role in addition to private practice.
Isobel provides a caring and supportive environment for all of her consultations and practices a weight inclusive, non-diet approach to help her clients find peace with food and their bodies.
Isobel is an ANZAED Eating Disorder Credentialed Dietitian. She practices on Thursdays in our Hawthorn clinic.
Ebony Stonehouse
Bachelor of Applied Science (Health Sciences), Master of Nutrition and Dietetics
Ebony is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and has worked in healthcare for over 17 years. Ebony has worked with individuals and families in public and private hospitals as well as community health services. Ebony is focused on promoting positive body image and a healthy relationship with food across the age continuum. Ebony has completed eating disorder training and mentoring via CEED, The Royal Children's Hospital and The Butterfly Foundation.
Ebony is an ANZAED Eating Disorder Credentialed Dietitian. She practices on Tuesdays in our Richmond clinic.
Maddi Dumaresq (née Neff)
Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics, Masters of Food and Meal Science
Maddi has more than ten years of experience working with eating disorder clients through her work at a major tertiary public hospital, including the mental health inpatient unit and outpatient clinic. Maddi has also spent time living in Sweden, where she worked towards her Masters studies within the field of Public Health science.
Maddi strives to build a trusting relationship with her clients by providing a gentle and compassionate environment. Maddi understands every personal history and every recovery journey is unique, and she is guided by principles of a non-diet and weight-inclusive approach.
Maddi is a practicing member of Dietitians Australia and the Australia and New Zealand Academy of Eating Disorders (ANZAED).
Maddi is an ANZAED Eating Disorder Credentialed Dietitian. She practices on Wednesdays in our Richmond clinic.
Olivia Young
Bachelor of Food and Nutrition, Master of Dietetics
Olivia is an Accredited Practising Dietitian. Olivia has experience working in both the private and public sector, specialising in the area of mental health and eating disorders.
Olivia is passionate about supporting individuals with eating disorders and mental illness to regain a positive relationship with food and break free from diet culture. Olivia values building a strong and trusting relationship with all of her clients, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all. Olivia practices in a weight inclusive, non-diet approach to nutrition counselling.
Olivia is an ANZAED Eating Disorder Credentialed Dietitian practices on Saturdays in our Essendon North clinic.
Sally Collins
Bachelor of Health Science, Masters of Dietetic Practice
Sally is a caring and compassionate Accredited Practising Dietitian with experience working with individuals with eating disorders, mental health conditions and a wide range of chronic diseases. Sally has a large scope of clinical experience in both public and private hospitals providing care in the acute, rehabilitation and mental health settings.
Sally's approach to providing treatment uses a weight-inclusive and health at every size approach. She has additional training in CBT-E, SSCM, motivational interviewing and acceptance and commitment therapy; and has a special interest in eating disorders, olfactory impairment (taste and smell changes) and mental health nutrition.
Sally is an ANZAED Eating Disorder Credentialed Dietitian and practices on Saturdays from our Hawthorn clinic.
